I am confused by the expression "When you're ready for doc review, tag the assignee of this PR." According to chatgpt, I need to mention ("tag") @kolchfa-aws in a comment, who has already been "assigned" to this issue by github-actions (not to mention the 6 "pending reviewers"). But my pull request already "requested review".

Is the idea that I submit the pull request before I think it is "technically accurate", then sleep on it, and submit it for review later?

@smacrakis Thanks for tagging me! 😄 When you submit a PR (and it's not in the draft state), GitHub automatically requests a review from the repo maintainers. We also have a workflow that automatically assigns a doc writer to the PR. That said, some people want the PR to be technically reviewed first (for example, by people working on the same feature). That's why we ask the PR author to tag the doc writer once the tech review is done.

Hi, @kolchfa-aws -- I think you've explained this to me before. Sorry for the noise. I guess I just need to submit changes more often so I don't forget the procedure from one time to the next!
